This community service activity was conducted to introduce an innovative, creative, and contextually relevant learning approach that supports the development of students’ digital culture. The program was motivated by the geographically remote conditions of Kepulauan Seribu, which limit access to information technology and digital learning media. As a result, conventional learning methods remain dominant, leading to low student motivation and engagement. To address this issue, the community service team introduced and trained students to utilize meme as an engaging learning medium. Meme, commonly used as a popular form of communication on social media, were adapted into an educational tool to convey learning materials—particularly in history lessons. The activities included introducing the concept of educational meme, training students to create meme using digital applications, and presenting their completed work. The results indicated a high level of enthusiasm among students. The activity effectively increased their learning motivation and enhanced digital literacy. Furthermore, the school provided positive feedback and expressed commitment to continuing the initiative. Overall, this program successfully achieved its objectives and serves as an example of the implementation of digital-based learning innovation.
