This study aims to explore the role of digital technology in enhancing cultural diplomacy and the soft power of nations in the modern era. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participant observation. The results indicate that social media and digital platforms play a crucial role in promoting culture globally, with visual content and live-streamed cultural events being effective in capturing attention and creating a positive impression. However, challenges such as cybersecurity, disinformation, and technological access gaps remain significant obstacles. The novelty of this research lies in exploring the use of technologies like VR and AR in cultural diplomacy and emphasizing the importance of international collaboration to bridge the technological gap
