This study examines the integration of human rights (HR) within international trade agreements and its impact on developing countries. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with experts in international law, trade, and HR. The findings reveal that while awareness of the importance of HR exists, its implementation is often hindered by dominant economic priorities. Many trade agreements lack strong HR clauses and effective enforcement mechanisms, resulting in overlooked HR violations. The study proposes strengthening international organizations like the UN and WTO to monitor and enforce HR standards in trade agreements and increasing support for developing countries to enhance their negotiation capacity. This research provides new insights into improving HR integration in international trade, emphasizing the need for policy changes and international support to achieve sustainable development and social welfare in developing countries
