TikTok currently dominates global health information consumption with 2.1 billion registered users in 2024, with Indonesia ranking third worldwide with 108 million active users in 2025. Despite 75.50% of Indonesian TikTok users being Generation Z who actively access health information through the platform, the specific relationship between TikTok health education content exposure and students' healthy behaviors remains underexplored. This present research eximines how TikTok based health education content together with students’ knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy, relates to health lifestyle practices among students at University Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. Employing a cross-sectional quantitative approach, the study drew from a population of 178 active students of the Health Administration Study Program. The sample size of 123 respondents was colculated with the Slovin formula (margin of error 5%), using proportionate stratified random sampling stratified by semester level, with a sampling frame based on inclusion criteria of active TikTok users who had accessed health education content. Data were collected using a closed Likert scale questionnaire (1-5) that was validated using Pearson Product Moment correlation and tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha (α = 0.850), then analyzed using chi-square test with SPSS software (α = 0.05). Finding indicated significant assosiation between healthy student behavior and each of the four variables studied: TikTok health content exposure (p= 0,031), knowledge (p= 0,017), attitude (p= 0,007), and self-efficacy (p<0,001). TikTok was proven to serve as an environmental factor that promotes healthy behaviors through improvements in students' knowledge, positive attitudes, and self-confidence.
