This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in improving language skills and student satisfaction in secondary schools. This research utilized mixed methods. Quantitative data was collected through questionnaires and language tests from 120 students in five schools, while qualitative data was obtained through interviews with 10 teachers and classroom observations. Statistical and thematic analysis were used to analyze the data. Significant improvements in language test scores, with the highest improvement of 25%, and student satisfaction levels above 80%. Qualitative findings indicated student engagement and ease of use of AI as key factors of effectiveness, despite technical challenges and training needs. This study demonstrates how AI can be effectively integrated in language learning, combining quantitative and qualitative methods for a comprehensive understanding. AI technologies have great potential to improve the quality of global education, making it more inclusive and effective, and accelerating educational progress in developing countries.
