Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of technology-based learning platforms in improving the quality of education, particularly in terms of accessibility, student engagement, and personalization of learning. Using a qualitative method with a desk study, this research reviews literature from various relevant academic sources. The results show that technology platforms significantly improve the quality of education through expanding access, increasing student participation, and customizing teaching materials according to individual needs. However, challenges such as the digital divide and data privacy remain. The novelty of this research lies in the holistic approach that identifies both the benefits and challenges of technology in education. This research contributes globally by offering insights for more inclusive and sustainable education strategies, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
